summer solstice is not only about the longest day of the year, but about the renewal of the mind, body, and spirit! It’s also about celebrating the creativeness that the sunny summer days evokes in us & the playfulness and joy it brings out in all of us!

Welp, for starters, if you’re in or around Times Square today, there’s going to be free Yoga classes all day held by Athleta right in the heart of the city to celebrate this day! There’s a huge turnout…hope to see you there! (info here)
