With this heat wave going on, no one wants to be stuck in the kitchen cooking forever. Nor does anyone want to eat anything that’s too heavy. Well yesterday I was walking past a cute little cafe and written on the chalk board outside were the specials of the day {Egg Salad with Grilled Chiabatta bread} was one of them.
